Standard & Economy shipping orders must be placed by 2pm Eastern time M-F (excluding holidays) in order to ship the same day.
Expedited shipping orders must be placed by 12pm Eastern time, M-F (excluding holidays), in order to ship the same day.
If orders are placed after 2pm your order will be shipped the next day.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. We offer returns within 30 days of purchase.
In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, including all attached tags.
Upon receipt of your return we will review and inspect that the hair is in its original condition and acceptable for return. Rejected items will be sent back to you. All refunds are processed the following Friday after the return review.
