Standard & Economy shipping orders must be placed by 3pm mountain time M-F (excluding holidays) in order to ship the same day.We also offer same day shipping on orders placed on Saturdays before 12pm mountain time. All orders placed 12pm mountain time on Saturday will be shipped the following Monday (excluding holidays).Expedited shipping orders must be placed by 12pm mountain time, M-F (excluding holidays), in order to ship the same day.If orders are placed after 3pm your order will be shipped the next day.
We do not offer exchanges. We offer returns within 30 days of purchase. In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, including all attached tags.Upon receipt of your return we will review and inspect that the hair is in its original condition and acceptable for return. Rejected items will be sent back to you. All refunds are processed the following Friday after the return review.
Our goal is to ultimately partner with you, the modern extension expert, because of this we offer replacements on defective products. We do not offer replacement on hair that has been colored.
